With Singapore poised to become the region’s financial hub in South East Asia, there has been an increase in demand for Grade A office buildings in Singapore’s prime Central Business District. This location is often seen as a rare commodity, given the scarcity of developable sites in the district.
Ocean Financial Centre (OFC) is a 4th generation building erected on the same site as the 1st Ocean building in 1864. It’s architectural design incorporates elements of the rich heritage from the Ocean brand name and its long established association to the maritime industry – from the old Straits Steamship Company to the new Keppel Land.
