Andrena Ong

As a Design Lead currently working in Income, Andrena brings 12 years of experience in the financial industry to the table. While her journey began in the advertising industry, her passion for product design led her to make the transition. As luck would have it, the timing of her transition near 2010 meant she could participate in the digital wave, riding the success of products such as the first iPad and iPhone, while working in product design.

Throughout her career, she has been a pioneer in designing banking products and digital banks from scratch, working with major players such as UOB and Standard Chartered Bank. Andrena’s ability to simplify complex matters and create meaningful experiences through design has been key to her success in this field. She also had the opportunity to lead and scale design teams, building a strong reputation for herself as a reliable and effective team player.

With Andrena’s strong background and expertise in the financial industry, she had been able to bring value to any organization she contributed to. She always seizes new and exciting opportunities to continue growing and developing her skills.
