Jung Joo Lee

Jung-Joo Lee is an Assistant Professor and Deputy Head of Research at the Division of Industrial Design, National University of Singapore. She has founded the Service Design Lab Singapore in 2015 (www.servicedesignlab.net) and collaborated with multiple government organizations and private companies, such as the Singapore Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Education, Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Land Transport Authority (LTA), Port of Singapore Authority (PSA), Rolls-Royce, OCBC Bank, Johnson Controls and so on, to help their human-centred service innovation.

More than 10 years, she has been teaching Service Design, Experience Design and Co-design to students and professionals in Singapore, Finland and South Korea. Her recent design research projects focus on future infrastructure for autonomous vehicles (AV), digital twin systems for personal wellbeing and energy efficiency, people-centred nursing home design and so on.
