This handcrafted product uses cold pasteurised avocado puree, which retains its natural flavour and nutrients. It has no added flavouring, colouring or preservative. Its other main ingredients are avocado oil and Japanese matcha green tea – both known for their health benefits. Avocado is low in sugar content, yet rich in potassium and monounsaturated fats.
