Amalgamating retail, medical and hotel facilities, Novena Lifestyle and Medical Hub responded to government’s vision for Novena precinct to be an urban fringe centre. The developer also donated a purpose-built, 18,500 sqft space to Viva Foundation for Children with Cancer, a legacy for the community.
