Singapore Land Building Management System and Mobile Application

The Greydient Lab and SingLand team co-created a bespoke building management system shaped by users. The team embarked on a user-centric design approach to understand users’ needs and translate them into a digital product. The team aims to enrich the experiences of building teams, tenants and visitors through simplifying workflow and digitisation of manual processes. It comprises a backend operational dashboard and mobile app that bridges the gaps of communication, enhances workplace efficiency, real-time data reporting and promotes sustainability.
