TEE-Up combines the Hope-Action Theory and Career Construction Theory. It offers resources like career videos, mentorship programs, and masterclasses. Participants engage in self-discovery, career exploration, and build essential “career muscles.” The program connects young adults with industry experts, educators, and peers, fostering purposeful career paths and personal growth.
